Our company offers a wide variety of machine embroidery. The embroidery can be made directly onto cutting or onto the finished product, but we can also customize later as an overlay or patch it. If the buyer has no embroidery program, we make it. From the complete program we can generate a preview, or if you want, we can send a sample to you before the manufacturing process. The smallest embroidered amount is closely related to the size and complexity of the pattern, for this reason, these parameters will be discussed in any case with the purchaser. In this case, an individual pattern according to the purchaser's wishes will be made on the part of the clothing.
The embroidery area can be even 1200 mm x 1000 mm.
Besides the simple flat embroidery we can produce you even more different chain-, sequin-, string-, soutache- and emboss effect (stuffed-) embroidery.
Besides the traditional materials we can embroider onto knittwear, velvet, lace, organza or leather as well.
Owing to our free-arm machines, we have the chance to make designs on hats (most commonly baseball-caps) T-shirts and sweatshirts as well.
For these ready-made clothes up to 350 mm x 400 mm can be embroidered.
A cap can be embroidered even in 270 degrees.
The special version of the ready-made clothes embroidery is the embroidery of corporate logos as a collar embroidery, wich is an unique way of embroidery.
Patches may be the uniform identifiers and markings. Often with velcro can be recorded, which allows the rapid relocation in case an exchange of clothing.
The appliques (eg. embroidered lace) gives to the dress a special design.
We often embroider accessories also, so we can undertake embroidering flag ribbons, bag and band for school graduation and school tie embroidery.
We started this company in 1977, and since then, we always try to make better quality embroidery for our customers. We work with high-tech embroidery machines from Japan and a great embroidery software to go with it. Most part of our customers consists of hungarian companies, but we work with many austrian and german companies who make outerwear with our embroidered designs. We focus on two main things in order to have good relationship with our partners: quality and deadline. Our quality assurance is based on this sentence: We don't give anything to our customers, that we would not say thank you for.
Our machinery consists of the young (0-7 years old) embroidery machines of the Japanese factory, TAJIMA. We use the software developed specifically for the machines of the factory so that we can achieve the best possible quality. We have compiled our machine park by taking into account that we can also meet the special requirements of our partners. For this reason, we can also embroider finished goods and cap or embroidery (embroidery, chain stitching, terry cloth, chenille, soutache and string embroidery).
