Detailed presentation of the project content

With the machine purchased as part of the development, the company has the opportunity to use the latest development of the Japanese embroidery machine manufacturer TAJIMA, the digitally adjustable pressure foot (DCP - Digital Controlled Pressure-Foot). The development increases the quality of embroidery and provides the opportunity to create high-quality machine-embroidered motifs that were previously not possible due to the properties of the material to be embroidered or the size of the embroidered pattern. The machine manufacturer marks this possibility with the name FS (Fine Stitch).

Thanks to the X-Extension expansion set purchased together with the machine, the machine has the possibility of expanding the embroidery field, and being a free-arm machine, it is also suitable for embroidering caps and finished goods. Thus, in addition to the increase in the company's flat and cap embroidery capacity, the machine capacity requiring a large embroidery area also increased.

As part of the infrastructural investment, a 205 m2 tile roof was renewed on the building of the company's headquarters.
